Shipping Information

We stock large quantities of almost all our products, which allows us to guarantee short delivery times. We aim to process and dispatch these orders the same day when ordered Monday – Friday before 12:00pm.

Shipping times may vary depending on location but expect your delivery to arrive 1-3 business days after dispatch. For items currently available on back order, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery time due to customs processing and import times.

For products that are customised and configured to order, there may be longer delivery times. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery to allow our team to assemble and test your order before dispatch.

We use a network of trusted shipping partners, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Use these delivery estimates as indicative and not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are currently priced at a flat rate of £12.50 for orders up to 25kg. Heavier and oversized orders are palletised and sent with free shipping. There may be additional shipping costs if you are ordering from a non-UK mainland or Scottish Highlands address.
