The Wagner ACF3000 Plus AirCoat nozzle is a pre-atomisation nozzle for Wagner AirCoat equipment. It delivers extra-fine atomisation even at low inlet air pressure, making it ideal for water- and solvent-based paints. Unlike a standard AirCoat nozzle, it pre-atomises material right at the outer edge, producing an even, soft spray pattern with graduated borders at both low and high atomising air volumes. This minimises demarcation lines and reduces the need for heavy overlap. The nozzle uses less material and air, so you get significantly less overspray and lower material consumption. Fine atomisation at reduced material pressure also cuts energy use without compromising transfer efficiency. A dome-shaped orifice, finished with high-tech sanding and erosion processes, works with a hardmetal build that resists edge wear. Performance stays consistent and you replace nozzles less often. The ACF3000 suits variable viscosities and flow rates, and gives you a fine finish with pressure-efficient atomisation.
